AI CarFix Privacy Policy

Dear AI CarFix user (collectively, "you"), to enable your use of the AI CarFix app (the "App"), Chengdu Mingche Baodian Technology Co., Ltd. operates and maintains the App and will collect, use, store, and disclose your information to third parties in accordance with this AI CarFix Privacy Policy (this "Policy"). This Policy applies to your access to and use of the App by any means.

When you access and use the products or services of the App, we need to collect, store, use, and share your information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, the Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, in order to provide services to you and improve service quality. Through this Policy, we wish to explain what information we collect, why we collect it, how we process it, and how we safeguard its security when you use our products or services.

Please note that personal information shown in bold in this Policy constitutes sensitive personal information, and system permissions shown in bold are sensitive permissions. Please consider carefully before providing such information or granting such permissions. If you are a minor, please read and fully understand this Policy with your guardian and use the App only with your guardian's consent.

I. Definitions and Interpretation

1. User: A person who registers, logs in to, and uses the App and enables, browses, or uploads data through the App. In this Policy, such person is referred to as "you."

2. Account: The user account obtained after you complete registration with authentic information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and shall bear legal responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Personal information: Various information related to an identified or identifiable natural person recorded electronically or otherwise, excluding information that has been anonymized.

4. Sensitive personal information: Sensitive personal information is personal information that, if leaked or illegally used, is likely to infringe the dignity of a natural person or endanger personal or property safety, including biometric data, religious beliefs, specific identity, medical and health information, financial accounts, location tracking, and personal information of minors under the age of fourteen.

II. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

(A) Responsibility Statement

The App is responsible for collecting, managing, and maintaining users' authentic information and behavioral information generated through use of the App. As business needs require, third-party service systems may share your user information or perform secondary authentication.

(B) Information Collection

1. Personal information you actively provide while we deliver services to you

1.1 (1) To create an AI CarFix account or use the services of the App, you must provide at least a mobile phone number. We will send an SMS verification code to the mobile phone number you provide. You may register as our user using your mobile phone number and the verification code. If you refuse to provide the above information, you will be unable to register as a user or use the App.

(2) To provide scan services, after you agree to enable camera access and device photo/file read permissions, we will obtain your photo information through your device camera, or collect image information that you upload from your album (photo library/video library).

2. Personal information we actively collect while delivering services to you

2.1 Device information

When you use the App, we receive and record relevant device information based on the specific permissions granted during installation and use, in order to safeguard your account and usage security, including mobile hardware model, mobile system information, mobile screen information, operating system information, App installation information, mobile serial number, IMEI, IDFV (iOS), CCID (Android), IMSI (Android), and unique device identifiers (Android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID).

3. Personal information we obtain from third parties

If you log in to the App using a third-party account (Alipay/Apple/WeChat), we will collect from the third party the account information you authorize to be shared (nickname, avatar) and Open ID, and bind your third-party account to your App account after you agree to this Policy.

To help you better understand the personal information involved in permission requests made by the App, we summarize the permission usage as follows:

III. How We Use Cookie Technology

We collect and use your information through cookies and store such information as log data. We use our own cookies to provide you with a better user experience and services, for the following purposes:

(2) Analyzing how you use our services. For example, we may use cookies to understand what activities you perform using our services, or which pages or services are most popular with you.

1. We attach great importance to user privacy and personal information protection and take reasonable measures to protect users' personal information. Except as required by laws and regulations or otherwise provided in this Policy, we will not disclose users' personal information to third parties without user authorization, and we use professional encryption for storage and transmission of relevant information to safeguard the security of users' personal information.

VI. How We Store Your Personal Information

This product and/or service is intended for use within mainland China only. In principle, personal information collected and generated within the People's Republic of China is stored within the People's Republic of China and will not be transferred across borders.

VII. How You Exercise Your Rights to Manage Personal Information

1. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations. You may manage your information through the following steps:

2. Account cancellation

You have the right to cancel your AI CarFix account. You may cancel it yourself by following these steps:

• Log in to the account you wish to cancel

• Tap "Me" in the bottom navigation bar

• Tap "Account Information" in the upper right corner

• Tap "Cancel Account"

• After you apply to cancel your account, we will delete account data within 15 business days.

VIII. How We Protect Minors' Personal Information

1. We protect minors' personal information in accordance with applicable national laws and regulations. Anyone under the age of 18 is regarded as a minor. If you are a minor, you should read this Policy with your guardian before registering, logging in to, or using the App, and obtain your guardian's written consent.

IX. How We Update This Policy

1. To provide you with better services, our products and services will be updated and changed from time to time. We will revise this Policy as appropriate, and such revisions form part of this Policy. However, without your explicit consent, we will not reduce the rights you enjoy under this Policy.

XI. Miscellaneous

Any dispute related to this Policy shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, you hereby agree to submit the dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction at the location of the AI CarFix App operator.
